On a crit, the extra dice will be maxed instead of rolled. Example:
A fighter wielding a longsword rolls a crit. His normal damage is 1d8+5. Before, his crit damage would be 2d8+5. His crit damage using this rule will be 1d8+8+5. bq). A rogue assassin lands a sneak attack with a longbow against an unaware target. His normal damage is 1d8(Longbow) + 2d6(Sneak Attack) + 3. Before, his crit damage would be 2d8+4d6+3. His crit damage using this rule will be 1d8+8+2d6+12+3.
